By purchasing a subscription to the Oilea app (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the Subscriber") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Subscription Terms. This document outlines the details of the subscription service, including subscription plans, benefits, and your rights and obligations as a subscriber. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing a subscription. If you do not agree to any of the terms herein, you should not proceed with the subscription purchase.
Oilea offers three subscription plans for users to choose from, all designed to enhance your art creation experience with the App. Each subscription plan provides access to exclusive benefits, and all services are provided in accordance with the core functions of the App. We do not make any exaggerated claims about the App's capabilities, and all subscription benefits are based on the App's existing features.
All information is processed locally and only retained on the subscriber's local device. When the subscriber takes the initiative to delete the information, the information will be deleted immediately. Therefore, Oilea does not collect any facial data. Oilea does not collect any facial information, and all data generated during your subscription period, including the images you upload and the oil painting works you generate, remains solely on your device. We have no access to or control over your data at any time.

We do not collect any subscription-related data or personal information, ensuring that your privacy is fully protected throughout your subscription period. Upon purchasing a subscription, your access to the subscription benefits will take effect immediately. The subscription period starts on the date of purchase and ends on the corresponding date of the next month, six months, or twelve months, depending on the plan you choose. If you cancel the automatic renewal, your subscription will expire at the end of the current subscription period, and you will no longer have access to the subscription-exclusive benefits.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the settings of the App or the application store where you purchased the subscription. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period, and no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription. We will not collect any information related to your cancellation, as Oilea does not collect any facial information or any other user data.
We reserve the right to update or adjust the subscription plans and benefits from time to time, provided that such updates or adjustments do not reduce the core benefits of your existing subscription. If we make any material changes to the subscription terms, we will notify you through the App, and your continued use of the subscription service after the changes take effect will be deemed as your acceptance of the updated terms.
The subscription service is provided "as is" based on the App's existing functions. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the normal provision of the subscription benefits, but we shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability of the benefits caused by technical failures, network problems, or other unforeseeable factors. All information is processed locally and only retained on the subscriber's local device, so any temporary service interruption will not affect your local data.
You agree to use the subscription benefits in accordance with this Subscription Terms and the App's User Agreement. You shall not share your subscription account with others or use the subscription benefits for any illegal or inappropriate purposes. If you violate any of these terms, we have the right to suspend or terminate your subscription without prior notice, and no refunds will be provided.
Oilea does not collect any facial information, and we are committed to protecting your privacy throughout your subscription experience. All data generated during your use of the subscription service remains on your local device, and you have full control over your data at all times.
