The App supports users to upload portrait or landscape images and generate classical oil paintings, texture oil paintings, and high-end art oil paintings with one click. You acknowledge and agree that the core function of the App is to provide oil painting generation services based on the images you upload, and all related operations are completed locally on your device.
When using the App, you shall ensure that the images you upload are legally owned by you or that you have obtained sufficient authorization from the copyright owner. You shall not upload any images that violate laws, regulations, public order, or good customs, including but not limited to images involving obscenity, violence, infringement of others' rights, or any other inappropriate content. We have the right to suspend or terminate your use of the App if you upload any non-compliant images, but we will not collect or store any of these images as Oilea does not collect any facial information or any other user data.

If you do not agree to the updated content, you may stop using the App.
The App is provided "as is" and we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's performance, stability, or compatibility with your device. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the normal operation of the App, but we shall not be liable for any losses caused by technical failures, network problems, or other unforeseeable factors that lead to the App being unavailable or unable to function normally.
You agree to use the App only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with this Agreement and relevant laws and regulations. You shall not use the App to engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to tampering with the App's code, using the App to infringe on others' intellectual property rights, or any other behavior that may damage the interests of us or other users. Oilea does not collect any facial information, and we will not use any user data to engage in any activities that violate your rights and interests.
